VILLAS
The complex consists of six villas on a plot of four acres that combines natural beauty of olive trees and pines and easy access to the beach which is only 80m far.
The villas are furnished, they have a fully equipped kitchen, a private balcony and spacious parking. All the villas have a sea view and they have all the necessary equipment to make your stay to the Island comfortable and pleasant.
During your stay we offer maid service everyday and linen and towels change twice a week.
Villa Agave is an 65m2 ground floor house with two seperated bedrooms, an open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom.
Villa Ino is an 76m2 house in the upper floor of the complex with two bedrooms, an open plan living group with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for 4-6 people, and one bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second one two single beds. In addition there is a sofa bed in the living room. Villa Ino has a big private balcony with unique view to the sea.
Villa Semele is a 72m2 ground floor house consisting of one open plan living room, a fully equiped kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms -one with a double bed and one with two single beds and one extra single bed- and one bathroom.
Villa Electra is a 45m2 ground floor house consisting of one open plan living room with two single beds and a sofa bed, a fully equiped kitchen and dining area for 4-6 people, one bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom. It has a private balcony with sea view,too.
